The first room of the Supreme Court of Justice (SCJN) will review, next June 23 in closed session, the 12 Atenco’s prisoners cases, transcended that there was no consensus among ministers to grant absolute  freedom for defendants.

Judicial sources disclosed the above, and added that the disputes focus on the prisoners in the maximum security prison of the Altiplano, and so far only two of the five ministers who make up the room have spoken for freedom ” plain and simple ” for Ignacio del Valle Medina, Hector Galindo and Felipe Alvarez Hernández Gochicoa, leaders of the Peoples’ Front in Defense of Earth.

Regarding the nine detainees in the prison of Molino de Flores, in the state of Mexico, informants commented that virtually there is consensus on their cases to be released.
